Jeremy Pilarski

To say Jeremy was born for this job would not be an exaggeration. Growing up in a real estate family, Jeremy learned the business listening in on his father’s negotiations and rehashing deals at the dinner table. With real estate in his sights, he obtained his real estate license while completing his Bachelor degree at McMaster University.
At the age of 23, Jeremy began his 15-year career selling real estate by cold calling 100 people per day. After years of learning through failure and success, Jeremy developed a strong sales team and earned several awards including the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement Award and the prestigious Diamond Club. After transitioning out of selling and while managing the Sheppard Branch at RE/MAX Realtron, Jeremy found his true passion; coaching and training ambitions Realtors of all levels.
Now as VP of Agent Experience at RE/MAX Realtron, Jeremy spends his time working to provide the tools, training and environment for Realtron agents to thrive. With Jeremy on your side, you can face the next step in your career with confidence. When he’s not in the office, Jeremy is usually spending time with his wife and two children, golfing or climbing the Peloton leaderboard.
