Nick began working in real estate with Baker Real Estate at their pre-construction sales offices helping guide people through the sales process. After getting his Real Estate license Nick spent a number of years with Royal Lepage working with sellers and buyers, mostly in sales and leasing of houses and condos. Nick has also negotiated retail leases with many National landlords for his restaurant clients. As a Manager and as a Realtor, he understands that every agent is different so every agent needs individual attention and support tailored to his techniques, specific needs, and interests. He believes that providing proper detailed attention to each individual agent, will help his agents build and maintain the confidence and knowledge needed to become successful. Also, for both management and realtors, keeping up to date with the newest technologies, market approaches, and market data, which is very important in today’s world, can help to provide top service and success for their clients. Nick believes that working together in a team atmosphere is always very important.
