Stephanie Pilarski is a strategist who knows exactly what it takes to win. An honors graduate from the Schulich School of Business, she spent 15 years as a multi-award-winning broker, including three consecutive years on the REMAX Top 30 Under 30 list and receiving the Lifetime Achievement Career Award. After successfully managing our North Richmond Hill branch, she stepped into the role of VP of Business Development. Stephanie works directly with our management teams to refine our coaching and mentorship, helping agents move past “busy work” to focus on clear goals and the specific strategies required to hit them.
