Charles Morrison
Charles began his real estate career in 1988 with a large real estate company in a corporate planning capacity. There he worked with the senior management team in focusing on the pillars of a successful real estate company, recruiting, retention and productivity. While there, he assisted in the acquisition of several large real estate brokerages and in 1995 left to purchase his own real estate brokerage in cottage country which he ran for seventeen years. To Charles, managing an office is building relationships with salespersons by coaching them in the progression of their careers. Whether new to the business or an experienced salesperson, each salesperson is unique and that means finding what strategies work for them and keeping them focused.
